FAQ / Policies

1. What is the current TAT?
    - Current TAT is 2-3 weeks. My goal is to get items out much sooner, but all items are handmade to order which do take a bit of time. Please remember this is a small shop and a one woman show :) I will always do my best to get items out to you as fast as possible, believe me I am just as excited for you to get them!

2. Do you accept returns?
     - Due to the fact that all items are made to order, I do not accept returns. However I do want all customers to be happy with their purchase. If you have any concerns or problems, please let me know!

3. Can I cancel my order?
     - All items are handmade to order. For this reason any orders must have a request to cancel within 12 hours of placing the order. All requests can be emailed to tillirosedesigns@gmail.com

4. Why is my package taking longer then expected? OR my package/items arrived damaged.
    - Once the package has been dropped off at USPS, Tilli Rose is no longer responsible for the package. If your item is somehow damaged, please contact me. However, Tilli Rose is not responsible for any packages damaged via shipping.
